Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information dmint collects when you use our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using dmint you agree to this policy.
01 Who we are
dmint ("dmint", "we", "us", "our") provides white-label Deriv bot trading platforms. This policy covers the dmint website (dmint.site) and the account and setup process for our service. It does not cover Deriv's own handling of data, or the end-user data processed on a platform once it is operated under your brand — that is addressed in your own arrangements with us and with Deriv.
02 Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details — your full name, email address, and password. Passwords are stored only as a salted cryptographic hash; we never store them in plain text.
- Platform details — your brand name and logo, and your domain and the access needed to connect it.
- Communications — messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or forms.
If you sign in with Google
If you choose "Sign in with Google", Google shares a limited profile with us — typically your name, email address and Google account identifier — so we can create or access your account. We do not receive your Google password.
Information collected automatically
- Usage & device data — such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and timestamps, used to run and secure the service.
- Cookies — essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences (see Section 6).
03 How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- To build, configure, host, operate, maintain and support your platform.
- To calculate and reconcile the revenue share and communicate with you about it.
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
04 How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service:
- Service providers — hosting, infrastructure and email providers that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Deriv — configuration information required to set up and operate your platform on Deriv's infrastructure.
- Sign-in providers — Google, if you use Google sign-in.
- Legal — where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
05 Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and your platform is operated by us, and afterwards only as needed to meet legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
06 Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the service. We do not use advertising cookies. Where we use privacy-friendly analytics, it is limited to understanding aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.
07 Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including hashed password storage, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08 Your rights & choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us on Telegram or Facebook. You can also close your account at any time.
09 International transfers
dmint operates online and may process and store information on servers located in different countries. Where information is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this policy.
10 Children
dmint is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11 Third-party services
Your platform and account rely on third parties such as Deriv and Google. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
12 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will reflect changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, by notifying you where appropriate.
